This is our short-term Shariah-compliant microLEAP+ P2P Financing of RM1,000,000 and high profit rate of 1.1% a month (equivalent to 13.2% p.a) offered on our platform.

This Investment Note payment is based on Balloon Payment structure where the Issuer will make monthly Profit-only payments for the preceding months followed by a Principal + Profit payment on the final payment date. The tenor is 3 months. Please refer to the explanation below on the repayment structure for the Issuer.

MoneyMatch’s award winning digital platform has successfully executed over MYR 2.5 billion in transactions covering cross border trade payments and individual remittances.
Despite the global pandemic and stringent domestic lockdowns, we have seen consistent quarter on quarter growth, with a full year revenue expected to reach way above RM5 mill.

MoneyMatch is expanding globally at a rapid pace with operations in three countries at the moment and two more coming soon. Who is the owner / key person(s) in the business? / Siapakah Pemilik Perniagaan ini?

Both of our founders pack over a decade each of investment banking experience in treasury markets. The end goal is to disrupt the traditional finance industry by digitizing and liberating the commercial foreign exchange market through the introduction of more efficient ways to perform financial transactions. Through our collaborative model and our ability to offer cheaper, faster and more convenient international remittance, we’ve managed to transact over MYR2.5 Billion in volume since operating in mid-2017 up till today (August 2021), with more than 20,000 user registrations spread across individuals and businesses.

Locally, we are ramping up our operations in the northern and southern region and internationally, we are launching our Intermediary Institution Services to provide other money service operators with access to our proprietary global payment network. We will also be participating in the local digital banking scene, with multiple consortiums looking to leverage off MoneyMatch’s proprietary cross-border payments network, which offers greater value and speed as compared to traditional banking alternatives and with validation from tens of thousands of individual users and SMEs.

What has been their annual sales turnover? / Bagaimanakah hasil jualan tahunan?

The Group generated RM3.5 million in cross border payments in 2020. As of September 2021, our revenue reported at RM4.1 Mil, which has exceeded total revenue generated in 2020. We have seen consistent quarter on quarter growth despite the ongoing global pandemic and stringent domestic lockdowns and our Group’s Revenue is on track to hit over RM5 million this year.

Hasil jualan tahunan Syarikat untuk pembayaran antarabangsa mencapai sebanyak RM3.5 juta pada tahun 2020. Setakat bulan September 2021, kami telah mencapai jumlah jualan sebanyak RM 4.1 Mil yang telah melebihi jumlah hasil yang dijana pada tahun 2020. How would the Issuer utilize the funds raised on the platform? / Apakah yang kami akan lakukan dengan wang yang dikumpul di platform ini?

The funds are to be used solely to manage the gap in the cash cycle. It will allow us to expedite our remittance flow for clients and partners orders, thus increasing overall demand. It will also enable foreign currency bulk purchase that would result in improved revenue margin.

The Issuer i-score is rated as 7 (‘Good’) with a Probability of Default (PD) 2.5% - 5% as rated by Experian. The 1st Personal Guarantor also is rated 6 (‘Fair’) with a PD of 5% - 10% and 2nd Personal Guarantor is rated with 7 (‘Good’) with PD of 2.5% - 5%.
This Issuer has a Low Risk of Default and a strong Credit Quality due to its good cash flow. The Issuer currently has a healthy revenue that can cover the monthly profit payments.
