Zindy International is a newly setup company and the business is operated in Kajang, Selangor. We are involved in education industry. We are a publication company. We publish a teaching and learning material such as a books, multimedia software and provide teacher training to the kindergarten. There are two (2) main products we sell in the market, Elitekids Multimedia Teaching Programme which is a kindergarten programme and Dr.Parro's English. Dr.Parro's English is our latest product which is an English Programme for young learner to learn English at home. It is a Digital Home Learning Programme, a combination of books and software application that can be used through mobile phone as well as computer.

For Elitekids programme, our customer is the kindergarten owner. Currently we supply to almost 100 kindergarten. While for our new product, Dr.Parro's English (a Home based programme) we sell direct to the customer (parents). The product caters for children age three (3) to ten years old. The Malaysia market provides almost 4,000,000 children in this category. We target only 5% market share to achieve in the next 3 years which is equivalent to RM50 million of sales. After 6 months since we had launched the product, we manage to sell more than 10,000 unit.

During MCO, we focus on digital marketing platform such as Facebook Add, Google Ads, Shopee and other social media platform to promote and sell the product.

We are also now penetrating the oversea market through MATRADE to promote our product. We are very confident that our product, Dr.Parro's English will be well accepted in the global market, since English itself is the global language. Furthermore, our product has won a Silver Award in International Innovation Award by MTE in May,2021 recently.

Zindy International adalah syarikat yang baru ditubuhkan dan perniagaan ini dikendalikan di Kajang, Selangor. Kami terlibat dalam industri pendidikan. Kami adalah syarikat penerbitan. Kami menerbitkan bahan pengajaran dan pembelajaran seperti buku, perisian multimedia dan memberikan latihan guru kepada tadika. Terdapat dua (2) produk utama yang kami jual di pasaran, Elitekids Multimedia Teaching Program iaitu program tadika dan Dr.Parro's English. Dr.Parro's English adalah produk terbaru kami yang merupakan Program Bahasa Inggeris untuk pelajar muda belajar Bahasa Inggeris di rumah. Ini adalah Program Pembelajaran Rumah Digital, gabungan buku dan aplikasi perisian yang dapat digunakan melalui telefon bimbit dan juga komputer.

Untuk program Elitekids, pelanggan kami adalah pemilik tadika. Pada masa ini kami membekalkan hampir 100 tadika. Sementara untuk produk baru kami, Dr.Parro's English (program berasaskan Rumah) kami menjual terus kepada pelanggan (ibu bapa). Produk ini melayani kanak-kanak berumur tiga (3) hingga sepuluh tahun. Pasaran Malaysia menyediakan hampir 4,000,000 kanak-kanak dalam kategori ini. Kami hanya mensasarkan pangsa pasar 5% untuk dicapai dalam 3 tahun akan datang yang setara dengan RM50 juta penjualan. Setelah 6 bulan sejak kami melancarkan produk, kami berjaya menjual lebih dari 10,000 unit.

Semasa MCO, kami memberi tumpuan kepada platform pemasaran digital seperti Facebook Add, Google Ads, Shopee dan platform media sosial lain untuk mempromosikan dan menjual produk.

Kami juga kini menembusi pasaran luar negara melalui MATRADE untuk mempromosikan produk kami. Kami sangat yakin bahawa produk kami, Dr.Parro's English akan diterima dengan baik di pasaran global, kerana bahasa Inggeris itu sendiri adalah bahasa sejagat. Tambahan pula, produk kami telah memenangi Anugerah Perak dalam Anugerah Inovasi Antarabangsa oleh MTE pada bulan Mei 2021 baru-baru ini.

Who is the owner / key person(s) in the business? / Siapakah Pemilik Perniagaan ini?

Issuer is the owner of educational books and software known as the Dr.Parro’s English, a Multimedia Learning Programme, and also owner of intellectual property and copyright to the same. He is also the founder of the business. He has more than 20 years of experience in the various business. In this education industry he has 12 years experience since 2009. The Issuer was an accountant by profession but started his own business in 2000. He has a Master and PhD in Education.

He started his research and development to help and to provide a better teaching and learning material for the kindergarten. After the product has been proven and accepted by industry then he setup a business and start to commercialize the product. The Issuer is now assisted by his co-founder who was an ex-banker and now turn to be an expert in digital marketing. The company is now supported by 5 staff in difference expertise.

Penerbit adalah pemilik buku dan perisian pendidikan yang dikenali sebagai Dr.Parro's English, Program Pembelajaran Multimedia, dan juga pemilik harta intelek dan hak cipta yang sama. Dia juga merupakan pengasas perniagaan ini. Dia mempunyai pengalaman lebih dari 20 tahun dalam pelbagai perniagaan. Dalam industri pendidikan ini, dia mempunyai pengalaman 12 tahun sejak 2009. Penerbit adalah seorang akauntan melalui profesion tetapi memulakan perniagaannya sendiri pada tahun 2000. Dia mempunyai Master dan PhD dalam bidang Pendidikan.

Dia memulakan penyelidikan dan pengembangannya untuk membantu dan menyediakan bahan pengajaran dan pembelajaran yang lebih baik untuk tadika. Setelah produk tersebut terbukti dan diterima oleh industri maka dia menubuhkan perniagaan dan mula mengkomersialkan produk tersebut. Penerbit kini dibantu oleh pengasasnya yang merupakan bekas pegawai bank dan kini menjadi pakar dalam pemasaran digital. Syarikat ini kini disokong oleh 5 kakitangan dengan kepakaran perbezaan.

Now we focusing on commercialization of the product, develop the branding to be well recognized in the industry. In the next 3 years we plan to capture at least 5% in Malaysia market. We also has planned to penetrate oversea market for the next 3 years and achieve at least in 40 countries including Asean.

Sekarang kami memfokuskan pada pengkomersialan produk, kembangkan jenama agar dikenali di industri. Dalam 3 tahun akan datang, kami merancang untuk memperolehi sekurang-kurangnya 5% di pasaran Malaysia. Kami juga telah merancang untuk menembusi pasaran luar negara untuk 3 tahun ke depan dan mencapai sekurang-kurangnya di 40 negara termasuk Asean.

Commercialization of the product started in September, 2020. Our annual sales turnover for the year 2020 is RM433,441 (4 months).
For this year, up to May 2021 is RM465,119 (5 months). The total forecasted sales for this year 2021 is RM 2.5 million including of oversea market.

The company (Issuer) now has almost 10,000 unit stock in our warehouse which is equivalent to RM2.5 million in sales value. Now our focus only on marketing and sales the product. The fund is mainly to be used for digital marketing platform such FB Ads, Google Ads and Shopee.

The owner is also the Guarantor for this financing and the Guarantor's I-score is 7 ('Good') with a Probability of Default (PD) of 2.5%-5% according to an external credit bureau. Issuer also sells via online Platform i.e Shopee and to other countries so he has diversified revenue stream. The Issuer has no other borrowings and the Issuer has sufficient revenue to cover its monthly payments of RM1,938.89 a month to microLEAP. This Investment Note has an MR6 (Medium Risk 6) rating and so it has a medium-weak credit quality and medium-high risk of default.
