Our company does 'Retail' business where we supply dry wet raw materials such as chicken, meat, fish, vegetables and frozen foods as well as groceries. The purpose of this fund is to increase the working capital and for website design and apps for online purchases. We need to expand our market direction by implement such as 'Direct to Door' since now most people are working at home. Our apps have an advantage compare to others platform because the price for each items displayed are fixed and unchanged since we are a provider of 'e-commerce platform' and we are also a seller and do the delivery our self directly to the booking address without going through the 'Delivery Partner'. So the prices of our goods and delivery charges are among the cheapest on the market for online sales.

I am the owner of this company and have a total of 4 full-time employees and 2 of them have 3 years of working experience in this company. Impressive customer demand encourages me to provide this business service to facilitate school canteen operators to obtain a supply of raw materials. Considering the current situation of Covid19, I have to switch to online sales where the market is wider and makes it easier for people to buy necessities without having to worry about the pandemic 19 and even their money can be saved.

Our company provides services to supply raw materials and other goods online and the area covered is around the Klang Valley and part of the district in Selangor. We have drawn up the company's future plan where after 3 months of official operation, we will expand the service to the entire state of Selangor and a year later we will divide it into 4 zones as follows: branches in Johor Bahru will be the southern market centre (Johor, Melaka, the southern part of Pahang state), Kuantan branch will be the east market centre (north Pahang, Terengganu and Kelantan), Penang branch will be the northern market centre (north Perak, Penang, Kedah and Perlis) and HQ for the central zone market is Selangor, south of Perak, west of Pahang and Negeri Sembilan. All these branches will be opened in stages to Sabah and Sarawak.

Our company has been operating since November 2017 were in the first year the profit earned was RM7,107.00 and in 2018 it was RM37,754.25 then in 2019 it was RM63,622.70 while in 2020 it was a great challenge for all businesses in Malaysia and the company's profit have declined to RM38,637.06 (as of November 2020). With these online sales, we are confident of returning to multiplying profits in the coming years. In Sya Allah.
