Who is the Issuer and what does the business do? / Siapakah Penerbit dan apakah perniagaan diceburi mereka?

I am a sole-proprietor of a legal firm known as Gloria Legal based in Penampang, Sabah. I provide legal solutions for legal problems encountered by my clients. Mostly litigation cases such as divorce and debt recovery (breach of contract) and sale & purchase agreement (buy and sell property). I do my business offline and online. I do outstation work and I attended social events to expand my networking, however, since CMO to CMCO, I promote my business via online marketing by setting a website (www.glorialegal.com) and create a Facebook Page namely, Gloria Legal. For now, I only have one office. I also provide legal consultations via Zoom/Google Meet so my clients don't have to come to my office. The payment mode is via online banking. I believe my business is sustainable as there always be legal problems happening around us. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Saya adalah pemilik tunggal firma guaman yang dikenali sebagai Gloria Legal yang berpusat di Penampang, Sabah. Saya memberikan khidmat nasihat undang-undang untuk masalah undang-undang yang dihadapi oleh pelanggan saya. Sebilangan besar kes litigasi seperti perceraian dan pemulihan hutang (pelanggaran kontrak) dan perjanjian jual beli (jual beli harta tanah). Saya menjalankan perniagaan di luar talian dan dalam talian. Saya melakukan kerja luar dan saya menghadiri acara sosial untuk memperluas rangkaian saya, namun, sejak PKP ke PKPP, saya mempromosikan perniagaan saya melalui pemasaran dalam talian dengan menetapkan laman web (www.glorialegal.com) dan membuat Halaman Facebook iaitu, Gloria Legal. Buat masa ini, saya hanya mempunyai satu pejabat. Saya juga memberikan konsultasi undang-undang melalui Zoom / Google Meet sehingga pelanggan saya tidak perlu datang ke pejabat saya. Cara pembayaran adalah melalui perbankan dalam talian. Saya percaya perniagaan saya berterusan kerana permasalahan undang-undang yang berlaku di sekitar kita.

I have one staff namely, Vera David and her position in my firm is admin clerk. She is able to do bookkeeping and manage the filing system in my office. Her previous job is in retail industry and she have excellent soft skills and the best promoter. Interesting facts on how I started my business is when my previous employer and also my mentor, Tengku Ahmad Fuad of Messrs F.T. Ahmad & Co encourage me to do my own business as a sole proprietor. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Saya mempunyai seorang kakitangan iaitu Vera David dan kedudukannya di firma saya adalah kerani pentadbir. Dia mampu melakukan pembukuan dan menguruskan sistem pemfailan di pejabat saya. Pekerjaannya sebelumnya adalah dalam industri runcit dan dia mempunyai kemahiran insaniah yang sangat baik dan penganjur terbaik. Fakta menarik mengenai bagaimana saya memulakan perniagaan adalah ketika majikan saya sebelumnya dan juga mentor saya, Tengku Ahmad Fuad dari Tetuan F.T. Ahmad & Co mendorong saya untuk menjalankan perniagaan sendiri sebagai pemilik tunggal.

What are their future plans? / Apakah pelan masa depan mereka?

In the next three years, my goals is to expand my office by hiring legal assistant to help me to conduct my cases at court. As for me, I will do lots of outstation work to promote my business and garner more clients from outside Kota Kinabalu especially in the Districts of Keningau, Tawau and Sandakan. I also have plan to set up a branch in Tambunan, Sabah as I believe there are lots of clients in Tambunan who need legal consultations for land dispute issues. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Dalam tiga tahun akan datang, tujuan saya adalah untuk memperluas pejabat saya dengan mengupah pembantu undang-undang untuk membantu saya menjalankan kes saya di mahkamah. Bagi saya, saya akan melakukan banyak pekerjaan luar untuk mempromosikan perniagaan saya dan mendapatkan lebih banyak pelanggan dari luar Kota Kinabalu terutama di Daerah Keningau, Tawau dan Sandakan. Saya juga mempunyai rancangan untuk memperluaskan cawangan di Tambunan, Sabah kerana saya percaya terdapat banyak pelanggan di Tambunan yang memerlukan perunding undang-undang untuk masalah pertikaian tanah.

I started my business on 3rd August 2018 from home. I don't have physical office and I rented an address from G&A Workspace located in Hilltop, Luyang, Sabah for RM400 per month. Therefore, at that time I don't have steady income as I'm struggling to set up a proper office. I manage to set up my office at around October, 2018 but made no sales until December, 2018. In the year of 2019, I manage to generate gross sales in the sum of RM79,591.00. As for year 2020, I manage to generate gross sales in the sum of RM58,997.60 as at September, 2020. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Saya memulakan perniagaan pada 3 Ogos 2018 dari rumah. Saya tidak mempunyai pejabat fizikal dan saya menyewa alamat dari G&A Workspace yang terletak di Hilltop, Luyang, Sabah dengan harga RM400 sebulan. Oleh itu, pada masa itu saya tidak mempunyai pendapatan tetap kerana saya sedang berusaha untuk mendirikan pejabat yang sepatutnya. Saya berjaya menubuhkan pejabat saya pada sekitar Oktober 2018 tetapi tidak membuat penjualan sehingga Disember 2018. Pada tahun 2019, saya berjaya menjana penjualan kasar berjumlah RM79,591.00.
