Who is the Issuer and what does the business do?

I am the Sole Owner of Selected World Bundle Operating In Larkin, Johor. The main focus of my business is selling goods Bundle, various items of imported bags from abroad such as Korea, Singapore, Japan, USA and etc. At first, I am only focused on selling various bags such as Handbag, Sling Bag, Porch Bag, Bag pack, Travel Bag and so on at affordable prices. I started selling on personal Facebook then switched to official business Facebook page, followed by Instagram and Shopee. The result were very impressive and I started adding various items to meet my customer's demand. In the beginning, this business only operated from home. However, as the day of Customer Demand Increased, Stocks and Variations also increased, so I decided to operate in store as soon as the store is complete renovate in 3 weeks from now on 6/11/2020, Insyaallah. Now, my Business focus is on Facebook, Instagram, Shopee and walk in customers. _________________________________________________________________________________________ Saya adalah Pemilik Tunggal bagi Selected World Bundle Yang Beroperasi Di Larkin,Johor.Fokus Utama perniagaan Saya adalah menjual Barangan Terpakai (Bundle) Item Pelbagai Bag yang diimport dari luar negara seperti Korea,Singapore,Japan, Usa dan Sebagainya.Pada mulanya,saya hanya menumpukan kepada jualan pelbagai bag sahaja seperti Handbag,Sling Bag,Porch Bag,Bagpack,Travel Bag dan sebagainya dengan harga mampu milik dan saya mula menjual di facebook personal kemudian beralih ke facebook page,diikuti dengan instagram dan shopee.Hasil yang saya dapat amat memberangsangankan dan saya mula menambah pelbagai lagi item untuk memenuhi permintaan pelangan saya.Pada permulaan,perniagaan ini hanya beroperasi dari rumah sahaja.Namun Semakin Hari Permintaan Pelanggan Semakin Bertambah,Stok Dan Variasi juga bertambah,maka saya mengambil keputusan untuk beroperasi di kedai sebaik sahaja kedai siap renovate dalam masa 3 minggu lagi dari sekarang iaitu pada 6/11/2020,Insyaallah. Jadi Fokus Perniagaan Saya sekarang adalah Facebook,Instagram, Shopee Dan Pelanggan yang akan ke kedai.

Who is the owner / key person(s) in the business?

I am the Owner of this Business and assisted by my husband who always supported me from the beginning. I am also assisted by an Employee which is my own brother and in the future, I will add another employee to ensure this business can generate maximum income. _________________________________________________________________________________________ Saya Adalah Pemilik Perniagaan Ini Sepenuhnya dan dibantu oleh suami saya yang sentiasa menyokong saya dari awal lagi.Saya turut dibantu oleh Seorang Pekerja (adik saya sendiri) dan dalam masa yang terdekat saya akan menambah lagi seorang pekerja untuk memastikan perniagaan ini dapat menjana pendapatan yang lebih maksimum.

What are their future plans?

Currently, I only have 1 store branch to operate online and offline operations. In the middle of next year, I aim to rent another special store for Offline while my original branch will use to accommodate Online stock only. Previously, I am only focused on Various bag items only, but now I am adding more variations/items of Adult and children's shoes, Hard Toys, Soft Toys, Towel Bath, clothing and etc. Gradually to give more options to my customers and make my store as One Stop Centre where customers can get various used items under one roof. In the near future, I am also planning to have my own business website to make it easier for customers to make choices and buy online. In the next 2-3 years, I am optimistic to have chain of stores of various used goods for all ages from infants, children, adolescents, men and women. _______________________________________________________________________________________ Buat Masa ini, saya hanya mempunyai 1 cawangan kedai sahaja untuk mengendalikan operasi secara online dan offline.Pada pertengahan tahun depan,saya menyasarkan untuk menyewa lagi sebuah kedai khas untuk Offline sahaja manakala cawangan asal saya akan gunakan untuk menampung stok Online sahaja.Sebelum ini saya hanya fokus kepada Pelbagai item bag sahaja,namun sekarang saya sedang menambah lagi variasi/item kasut Dewasa dan kanak-kanak,HardToys, SoftToys,Towel Bath,pakaian dan lain-lain Secara berperingkat bagi memberi lebih pilihan kepada pelanggan saya dan menjadikan kedai saya sebagai One Stop Centre dimana pelanggan bole mendapatkan pelbagai barangan terpakai dibawah satu bumbung.Dalam masa terdekat ini juga,saya sedang merangka untuk mempunyai website perniagaan sendiri bagi memudahkan pelanggan untuk membuat pilihan dan membeli secara online.Pada 2-3 tahun akan datang,saya optimis untuk mempunyai rangkaian kedai pelbagai barangan terpakai untuk semua golongan umur dari bayi,kanak-kanak,remaja, dewasa perempuan dan lelaki.

What has been their annual sales turnover?

In year 2019, During the first 5 months of my business, I was able to generate a turnover of RM35,000. As a Comparison from 1 January 2020 to 30 June 2020, I can generate a turnover of RM64,000. This is a very good improvement for me and I will continue to strive to further increase my business turnover. Steps have been designed in terms of marketing and addition stock and I am implementing it in stages. I am optimistic by the end of 2020, I will be able to collect revenue of RM100,000. As now, we are worrying that the Covid-19 epidemic has had a huge impact on the business. However, I am still able to maintain my monthly income during the recent MCO. In my opinion, this epidemic is not a hindrance but is a challenge for me to move forward with more creative ideas to ensure the continuity of my business. _____________________________________________________________________________________ Pada Tahun 2019,Selama 5 bulan pertama perniagaan saya dapat menjana perolehan sebanyak RM35,000. Sebagai Perbandingan dari 1 januari 2020 Sehingga 30 Jun 2020,saya dapat menjana perolehan sebanyak RM64,000.Ini adalah peningkatan yang sangat baik bagi saya dan saya akan terus berusaha untuk meningkatkan lagi perolehan perniagaan saya.Langkah- langkah telah dirangka dari segi pemasaran dan penambahan stok dan saya sedang melaksanakannya secara berperingkat.Saya optimis pada akhir tahun 2020, saya dapat mengumpulkan hasil sebanyak RM100,000. Seperti yang dibimbangkan sekarang iaitu wabak Covid-19 telah memberi kesan besar kepada perniagaan.Walau bagaimanapun,saya masih dapat mengekalkan pendapatan bulanan saya semasa PKP baru-baru ini. I have been running this bundle business since 2015, however, due to our SSM registration date expired almost a year and now we re-register a new SSM on 10/7 /2019. This business is 1 year 3 months old. _____________________________________________________________________________________ Walaupon saya menjalankan perniagaan barangan terpakai ini dari tahun 2015 lagi,tetapi disebabkan SSM mati hampir setahun lebih saya tidak dapat renew semula. dan terpaksa daftar SSM baru pada 10/7/2019. Perniagaan ini berusia 1 tahun 3 bulan.

I will use it to add more stock, add some equipment in my new store, and build my own business website.
