I am the Sole Owner of Khasya Vintage located in Sungai Petani, Kedah. My business focus to sell used women's bundles imported from abroad, such as Japan, Korea, USA and so on. At first, I only focused on Women's Pants like ‘Palazo’, ‘Kulot’, Jeans, Sleeping Pants, Sports Pants, Skirts, Maternity Pants, and Vintage Pants at affordable prices and I started selling at Shopee. The results were very encouraging and I first added many more variations of women’s pants to my client’s request. At the time, this business was only from home. However, as customer demand increased day by day, stocks and variations also increased, so I decided to do in-store starting 15/7/2020. So, the focus of business now is Shopee, Instagram, Facebook and customers in-store. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Saya adalah Pemilik Tunggal Khasya Vintage yang beroperasi di Sungai Petani,Kedah. Fokus perniagaan saya adalah menjual pakaian terpakai(bundle) perempuan yang diimport dari luar negara seperti Jepun,Korea,Usa dan sebagainya. Pada mulanya, saya hanya menumpukan kepada Seluar Perempuan sahaja seperti Palazo,Kulot,Jeans, Seluar Tidur, Seluar Sukan, Skirt, Maternity Pants, dan Vintage Pants dengan harga mampu milik dan saya mula menjual di Shopee. Hasil yang saya dapat amat memberangsangkan dan saya mula menambah pelbagai lagi variasi seluar perempuan untuk memenuhi permintaan pelanggan saya. Pada permulaan,perniagaan ini hanya beroperasi dari rumah sahaja.Namun semakin hari permintaan pelanggan semakin bertambah,stok dan variasi juga bertambah,maka saya mengambil keputusan untuk beroperasi di kedai bermula 15/7/2020. Jadi,fokus perniagaan sekarang adalah Shopee,Instagram,Facebook dan pelanggan yang ke kedai.

Who is the owner / key person(s) in the business? / Siapakah Pemilik / Tunggak Utama perniagaan?

I am the owner of this business and assisted by my husband who has always supported me from the beginning. I am also assisted by an employee and in the near future, I will increase the number of employees to ensure this business can generate maximum income. I started with just a dropship business in 2018. The profit from that I use to buy my own stock starting 2019. Before this I also worked in marketing and sales. I am very experienced in handling customers, arranging my business and a little helping in organizing my business marketing strategy. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Saya adalah pemilik perniagaan ini sepenuhnya dan dibantu oleh suami saya yang sentiasa menyokong saya dari awal lagi. Saya juga turut dibantu oleh seorang pekerja dan dalam masa yang terdekat saya akan menambah lagi bilangan pekerja untuk memastikan perniagaan ini dapat menjana pendapatan yg maksimum. Saya bermula dengan perniagaan dropship pada tahun 2018. Hasil keuntungan dari itu saya gunakan untuk membeli stok sendiri bermula 2019. Sebelum ini juga saya bekerja dalam bidang pemasaran dan penjualan.Jadi saya amat berpengalaman dalam mengendali pelanggan,menyusun atur peniagaan saya serta sedikit sebanyak membantu dalam mengatur strategi pemasaran perniagaan saya.

What are their future plans? / Apakah pelan masa depan mereka?

Currently, I only have 1 store branch to operate offline and online operations. Early next year, I aim to rent another special shop for offline only while my original branch will use to accommodate online stock only. Previously I only focused on women, but now I am adding more variations to tshirts, dresses, jumpsuit in stages to give more options to my customers and make my shop as a one stop centre where my customers get shirts and pants under one roof. In the near future, I am also planning to have my own business website to make it easier for customers to make choices and buy online. In the next 2-3 years, I am optimistic to have a network of clothing and shoe bundles not only for women, but also for men and kids. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Buat masa ini,saya hanya mempunyai 1 cawangan kedai sahaja untuk mengendalikan operasi secara offline dan online. Pada awal tahun depan,saya menyasarkan untuk menyewa lagi sebuah kedai khas untuk offline sahaja manakala cawangan asal saya akan gunakan untuk menampung stok online sahaja. Sebelum ini saya hanya fokus kepada weluar perempuan sahaja,namun sekarang saya sedang menambah lagi variasi kepada tshirt, dress, jumpsuit secara berperingkat bagi memberi lebih pilihan kepada pelanggan saya dan menjadikan kedai saya sebagai one stop centre dimana pelanggan saya mendapatkan baju dan seluar dibawah satu bumbung. Dalam masa terdekat ini juga,saya sedang merangka untuk mempunyai website perniagaan sendiri bagi memudahkan pelanggan untuk membuat pilihan dan membeli secara online.Pada 2-3 tahun akan datang,saya optimis untuk mempunyai rangkaian kedai pakaian dan kasut bundle bukan sahaja untuk prempuan,malah untuk lelaki dan kanak-kanak.

What has been their annual sales turnover? / Bagaimanakah hasil jualan tahunan?

In 2019, during the first 6 months of business, I was able to generate a turnover of RM36,000. To compare, from 1 January 2020 until 31 August 2020, I was able to generate a turnover of RM63,000. It is a very good improvement for me and I will continue to strive to further increase the turnover of my business. Measures have been formulated in terms of marketing and stock adding and I am implementing it in stages. I am optimistic by the end of 2020, I can accumulate revenue of RM100,000. As worried now that the Covid-19 epidemic has had a big impact on business. However, I am still able to maintain my monthly earnings even more at MCO recently. In my opinion, this epidemic is not a barrier but a challenge for me to be more creative to ensure the continuity of my business. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Pada tahun 2019, selama 6 bulan pertama perniagaan, saya dapat menjana perolehan sebanyak RM36,000. Sebagai perbandingan, dari 1 Januari 2020 hingga 31 Ogos 2020, saya dapat menjana perolehan sebanyak RM63,000. Ini adalah peningkatan yang sangat baik bagi saya dan saya akan terus berusaha untuk meningkatkan lagi perolehan perniagaan saya. Langkah-langkah telah dirangka dari segi pemasaran dan penambahan stok dan saya sedang melaksanakannya secara berperingkat. Saya optimis pada akhir tahun 2020, saya dapat mengumpulkan hasil sebanyak RM100,000. Seperti yang dibimbangkan sekarang iaitu wabak Covid-19 telah memberi kesan besar kepada perniagaan. Walau bagaimanapun, saya masih dapat mengekalkan pendapatan bulanan saya semasa PKP baru-baru ini. Pada pendapat saya, wabak ini bukan penghalang tetapi cabaran untuk saya lebih kreatif untuk memastikan kelangsungan perniagaan saya.

Though I was doing a dropship business in 2018, Khasya Vintage was only registered on 1/7/2019. The business is currently 1 year 2 months old. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Walaupun saya menjalankan perniagaan dropship pada tahun 2018, Khasya Vintage hanya didaftarkan pada 1/7/2019. Perniagaan ini berusia 1 tahun 2 bulan.

How would the Issuer utilise the funds raised on the platform? / Apakah yang kami akan lakukan dengan wang yang dikumpul di platfrom ini?

I will use to add more stock of my bundle clothes, add some equipment in my new store, and build my own business website. With that, I will be able to generate more sales and profits. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Saya akan menggunakan untuk menambahkan lagi stok pakaian bundle saya,menambah beberapa peralatan di dalam kedai saya yang masih baru itu,dan membina website perniagaan saya sendiri.
