Since then, the company has been growing everyday. Our founder and director, have more than 8 years’ experience of product sourcing and import, helping Malaysia medium company to source for product, manufacture and import goods. He also have been study ecommerce strategy for more than 5 years. Our Ecommerce Executive have been work with Malaysia marketplace company like Lazada, Zalora, and Shopee before for few years. They are experience and familiar with Malaysia Ecommerce buying pattern, marketing strategy and having connection with these marketplace company which help us to achieve higher sales in our ecommerce business. What are their future plans? / Apakah pelan masa depan perniagaan ini?

1. Expanding Ecommerce Business As Malaysia’s e-commerce industry poised for strong growth in these few years and we are the tactical and outdoor equipment store with most complete equipment in Malaysia, we are now focus in expanding ecommerce business to become Malaysia top online tactical and outdoor gear store. 2. Rebranding As our product selling quantity have been extremely increase after we start focusing on our online business, we have met the MOQ to produce our own brand design product. So, our next step is to register trademark and become Malaysia 1st tactical gear brand. 3. Wholesale We are planning to increase our stock level and also produce our own brand product. The increased stock quantity will not only use for fulfill our current ecommerce demand, but also to expand for wholesale business. There are at least one tactical gear outlet in each of Malaysia military camp which operate by the local military, we target to supply our product to each of the outlet in military camp. Other from that, we also will supply general merchandise such as military bag to local outdoor equipment outlet. Penjenamaan semula : Setelah kami menumpukan jualan melalui dalam talian, kuantiti penjualan telah meningkat dan kami telah mencapai kuantiti pesanan minimum untuk menghasilkan produk dengan reka bentuk jenama kami sendiri. Jadi, langkah seterusnya adalah mendaftarkan tanda dagangan dan menjadi jenama peralatan taktikal No. 1 di Malaysia. 3. Borong Kami merancang untuk meningkatkan kuantiti stok dan juga menghasilkan produk dengan jenama sendiri. Kuantiti stok yang meningkat tidak hanya akan digunakan untuk memenuhi permintaan semasa e-dagang, tetapi juga digunakan untuk perniagaan borong. Terdapat sekurang-kurangnya satu kedai peralatan taktikal di setiap kem tentera Malaysia yang dikendalikan oleh tentera tempatan, kami menyasarkan untuk membekalkan produk ke setiap kedai di kem tentera. Selain itu, kami juga akan membekalkan barangan umum seperti beg tentera ke kedai peralatan luaran tempatan.
