The rationale behind the Issuer's Credit Risk Score - microLEAP's Comments

The Issuer has a third party guarantor on this financing and the Investment Note has an LR3 (Low Risk 3) rating. The Issuer has a steady cash-flow from its sales and the business itself does not have any borrowings. The Issuer has sufficient monthly profit to cover this financing amount. Though the Investment Note pays a low-Interest Rate, it does have a low Risk of Default. We are comfortable in the Issuer’s ability to honour its monthly payments.
